REVIEW: 
Students had to TELL ME the QUESTIONS an ADJECTIVE answer before they can take a seat. Good job!

The students wrote out the verb chart on their board. 

NEW GRAMMAR: 
POS:  We took some time to go to the deep end with Principle Parts of Verbs and Tenses. I hope this made sense. Remember, a verb is a verb is a verb—no matter what form. (think playdough forms) We then ventured over to SIMPLE and PERFECT TENSES.

We took a lot of time to listen to everyone’s paper. I just LOVED all the creativity. The kiddos also did a great job SPYING out those decorations.

STYLE: CHECK IN ON BANNED WORDS.

STRUCTURE: UNIT 5 Use whatever picture(s) you would like this week. We will use up our IEW time reading any papers your child wishes to share.
We used this picture in class and had a jolly time coming up with a story for this picture, titled Jolly Postman.
